Yes. Work in the phase structure your region uses: HOAI Leistungsphasen in Germany, or your own template anywhere else. Fee shares, deliverables and gates hang off whichever structure you choose.

No. Client and consultant seats are free, and so are the first three site-team seats. You pay for the people inside the practice.

By default the gate shows it as a warning and work carries on. Turn on the firm policy and the gate cannot be sent for sign-off until the client pays. This is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface. Backwards moves stay open.

Set up its phases, drop in the fee split, and log the hours you have. Most practices start with one live project rather than the whole office.

Invoices carry tax by country with automatic currency conversion, including Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Egyptian firms pay roughly half the listed price.
