Where the money
quietly leaks.

Hours nobody billed.Logged in a spreadsheet, reconciled months later, written off as the cost of being busy.
A phase stuck for weeks.Waiting on one unapproved drawing that nobody flagged, while the team keeps working on it.
Work handed over unpaid. The next phase starts anyway. The invoice is now a favour to ask, not a condition to meet.
Fee spent before it's earned.Half the budget burned in concept, discovered on site, absorbed by the practice.
Stop the leak on one project.

Here is how Smartnatic
closes the leak.

Four steps, in the order the four leaks happen.

01
Plan the phase
Deliverables, people and hours set before anyone starts drawing. No time disappears into a phase that was never scoped.
02
Do the work, attach the proof
Each deliverable carries its file and goes to review. A phase cannot sit for weeks without showing which item is holding it.
03
The gate checks
Required deliverables approved, invoices paid. If either is missing the gate holds, and the server holds it too, not just the button.
04
Sign off and invoice
One click passes the gate and raises the invoice for that phase, at the share of the fee the phase carries.
Fewer spreadsheets
Faster sign-offs
Protected fees

about the invoice.

Clear the blockers. Then flip the switch.

Hold gates on overdue invoices
Firm setting · off by default

Off: the overdue invoice is a warning.
On: sign-off is withheld, and the server refuses it too.

Backwards moves stay open, so a request can always be withdrawn.

BIM
now live.

Sync from Revit in one click. Sheets land on their deliverables, stages and hours flow back into the model, and every version keeps its quantities, so you see what changed between two versions. With the Construction add-on, the model is priced against the budget and a change becomes a change order.

Your data
stays yours.

Three things the product already does.

Export everything, any time

Projects, fees and portfolio as Excel and PDF. Nothing is locked in a format only we can read.

Every approval is logged

Who signed which gate, when, and what was checked at the time. The record survives the argument.

People see only their part

Eight roles, from owner to site team. The client portal shows a client only their own project, and only what you share with them.

Questions

Architecture practice management software. One system holds a project's phases, the deliverables owed in each one, the gate that closes it, the documents, the hours logged, the fee earned and the invoices sent, instead of a folder, a spreadsheet and an accounting package that never agree.

Architecture practices, design studios and consultancy offices, from a single principal to a firm of about fifty people. Principals, project managers, architects, accountants and site teams work in it. Clients and consultants join for nothing.

$19 per seat a month for the people inside the practice, $29 for a seat with the AI Advisor, and $39 a month for the whole firm for the construction add-on. Clients, consultants and the first three site seats are free. Fourteen days free to start, with no card. See the full pricing.

Yes. Work in the phase structure your region uses: RIBA stages in the United Kingdom, HOAI Leistungsphasen in Germany, AIA phases in the United States, or your own template anywhere else. Fee shares, deliverables and gates hang off whichever structure you choose.

No. Client and consultant seats are free, and so are the first three site-team seats. You pay for the people inside the practice.

Yes. The client portal is where a client follows their own project, approves a phase and reads the documents you publish to them. They see nothing else, and client seats are free and unlimited on every plan.

By default the gate shows it as a warning and work carries on. Turn on the firm policy and the gate cannot be sent for sign-off until the client pays. This is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface. Backwards moves stay open.

Yes, with the construction add-on: a cost plan by trade, tender packages and bid comparison, contracts, variations, progress claims with retention held back, and estimated against committed against paid, side by side. It tracks the construction budget you manage for your client, not your own bookkeeping.

No. It runs the practice around the drawings: phases, deliverables, gates, time, fees and invoices. Drawings stay in your CAD or BIM tool, and your own books, payroll and tax stay in your accounting system. Invoices can be exported for your accountant.

Everything works for 14 days except the free website. The AI Advisor comes as a small taster: 5 credits a month for the whole firm, on quick questions. The full Advisor comes with + AI, an Advisor seat. Construction can be tried on one project with a limited number of records, and the add-on unlocks it on every project.

Set up its phases, drop in the fee split, and log the hours you have. Most practices start with one live project rather than the whole office.

In the European Union. The application, the database and the files you upload are all hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. A firm can instead connect its own Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive and keep its project files there. The Privacy Policy names each provider.

Invoices carry tax by country with automatic currency conversion, including Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Firms registered in Egypt pay $9 per standard seat, $15 per Advisor seat and $19 for the construction add-on, billed in US dollars.

Yes. Your firm creates a key for a partner platform and chooses what it may do: read projects and progress, receive design requests as leads, and get signed webhooks when a stage moves. It is included on paid plans, and the partner pays nothing. Read the developer docs.
